Rancho Pacifico – Uvita, Costa Rica

Chef Mel consulted on the culinary program as a Guest Chef at Rancho Pacifico, an eco, 5-star luxury resort in Uvita, Costa Rica for two months in 2009. During my time at Rancho Pacifico I help to create new menus and culinary experiences for guests, while working side by side with the kitchen bar and service staff.
